Masi no say in starting incident: "I can't instruct them"

Daniel Ricciardo drove on Valtteri Bottas ' rear tyre at the first corner of the Mexican Grand Prix. The race of both drivers was as good as over and no points were scored. Race director Michael Masi explains why he took no further action. Masi had little to say Who was the guilty party in the incident became unclear during and after the race. Both drivers could continue the race, but there were no points in it. Maybe the punishment was already done with that.
