Daniil Kvyat returns to single-seater racing
Daniil Kvyat is set for a return to competitive single-seater racing as the Russian racing driver prepares for a test behind the wheel of NIO 333’s Formula-E car. Kvyat raced for Toro Rosso, Red Bull and, most recently, AlphaTauri, leaving the Formula 1 grid at the end of the 2020 season to become Alpine’s reserve driver. Since stepping away from Formula 1, Kvyat has raced in the FIA World Endurance Championship and NASCAR.
