Video | Leading hypercar Le Mans crashes heavily
Team Hertz Jota only made its debut in the World Endurance Championship at Spa last race, but as early as Le Mans, the private team - competing in the hyper class - even managed to become the front-runner. However, the team can forget about victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Around 9pm local time, Yifei Ye went too wide in the Porsche Curve, to crash his car badly. After 20 minutes in the garage, the team was able to continue on the road, but victory is out of sight.
