Domenicali on 11th F1 team: 'I'm not changing my mind'
Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali remains steadfast in his belief that the sport does not require an 11th team on the grid, aligning himself with the majority of teams who share the same perspective. The FIA is currently in the process of reviewing the 'Expression of Interest' applications filed by potential new F1 entrants, including Andretti-Cadillac whose efforts have received the public support of the governing body's president Mohammed Ben Sulayem. F1 teams are reluctant to welcome a new outfit into the sport as its presence would dilute the latter's all-important prize money fund that is shared by the teams.
