FIA approves application Andretti Formula Racing, FOM the final hurdle

Andretti Formula Racing has received approval from the FIA. This means Formula 1 is likely to go from 10 teams to 11. Andretti Formula Racing will still have to go to the FOM for commercial discussions. Andretti Formula Racing was the only constructor to meet the stringent requirements set by the FIA.
