“Is he the future?” - AlphaTauri's decision to keep Ricciardo questioned

Ex-F1 driver Johnny Herbert has questioned AlphaTauri’s decision to keep Daniel Ricciardo in 2024 alongside Yuki Tsunoda. Ricciardo and Tsunoda will form the team’s line-up for F1 2024, meaning Liam Lawson will remain on the sidelines again. Lawson has impressed considerably since making his first stand-in appearance at the Dutch Grand Prix. However, despite his impressive turn of performances, he will be Red Bull’s reserve driver for next year.
