Verstappen and Perez feeling positive on Red Bull upgrades

19/07/2024 at 17:5919/07/2024 at 18:18 Red Bull drivers Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were sounding upbeat after a good first day in Hungary, in which the team rolled out its most comprehensive package of upgrades to the RB20 so far this year. It's a bid to claw back some of their performance edge over their rivals, which has been chipped away over recent races compared to their dominance last season and in the early races of 2024. Although he's got a clear lead in the drivers championship, Verstappen has only won seven of the 12 races so far this year with Mercedes the latest to join the fray with victories for George Russell and Lewis Hamilton in the last...
