Lewis Hamilton prayers answered as Ferrari threaten McLaren
Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc both demonstrated threatening pace on the opening day of the British Grand Prix, which was topped by Lando Norris. McLaren appear to have Ferrari has a competitor for victory this weekend at Silverstone, with Max Verstappen and Mercedes having considerable time to find. Off the circuit, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner joined the list of individuals refusing to deny that Verstappen could leave the team, to complete a move to Mercedes.
