Championship leader Kimi Antonelli tightened his grip on the 2026 title fight by storming to a third consecutive pole position in a sweltering qualifying session for the Miami Grand Prix. The Mercedes driver delivered when it mattered most, fending off a late charge from Max Verstappen to secure the top spot on the grid, while Sprint winner Lando Norris concluded his day a disappointing fourth.
