Both Manor Marussia drivers allowed to race

– Manor Marussia's Roberto Merhi and Will Stevens have been granted permission to race in the Malaysian Grand Prix, despite neither driver posting a time within 107 per cent of the quickest lap in Q1.Merhi went wide at Turn 4 on one of his hot laps and ended the session with a time of 1:46.677 to miss the cut-off by a few tenths of a second.Stevens, meanwhile, was unable to take to the circuit in qualifying after a fuel pressure problem on his car.However, both drivers were cleared to race by the FIA after setting times within 107 per cent during practice sessions earlier in the weekend."We were hoping to make the 107 per cent time today, and that is what we have been pushing...
