Stevens unable to race amid technical trouble

– Will Stevens will not be able to take part in the Malaysian Grand Prix, with Manor Marussia failing to fix the technical issue that kept him out of qualifying.Stevens endured a fuel system problem ahead of Saturday's session at Sepang, which kept him in the garage while team-mate Roberto Merhi attempted to qualify.Having missed the 107 per cent cut-off, both drivers were given special dispensation to race by the FIA, but only Merhi will make the start after Stevens' troubles.
