Rosberg disappointed to miss out on second place
Nico Rosberg says he was disappointed to fall behind Kimi Raikkonen and lose second place in the Bahrain Grand Prix, after a late brake problem. The German driver lined up in third place for the race start and enjoyed some close battles with Sebastian Vettel, before the Ferrari driver went off track and had to pit for a new front wing. He then came under pressure from a charging Raikkonen, who was running on the soft Pirelli tyre. However, with two laps to go, Rosberg's car picked up a brake issue and he went straight on at Turn 1. The off-track excursion handed Raikkonen second place and saw Rosberg fall to third He enjoyed the battles but was disappointed to lose out in the final stages....
