Caterham F1 Factory in Leafield is to be sold

It was announced today that the former Caterham F1 Team and its Leafield Technical Headquarters is to be sold. Caterham, which folded before the start of the 2015 season, moved to the Leafield factory back in 2012 from its factory in Hingham, Norfolk. BNP Paribas Real Estate‘s Jonjo Lyles stated the following about the sale of the former Caterham factory at Leafield. 'With its mixture of property types the site lends itself to a number of different uses and will be of interest to a variety of potential occupiers,' said Lyles . All of the team's assets were put up for auction earlier this year. BNP Paribas Real Estate and Carter Jonas have been appointed by its receivers...
