Senna fastest in stop-start session – FP2 Report

Not content with finishing first in FP1, Nicolas Prost was also the first to leave the pits in the second, 30-minute long session, which would be the final practice before qualifying. The opening few laps, however, were merely warm-up laps, with few drivers troubling their fastest times from the earlier session. Daniel Abt was pushing though, and managed to lose the car under braking for turn one. He suffered no damage and was able to continue. Nick Heidfeld held the fastest lap so far with a 55.071, nine tenths off the FP1 pace so far.
