Silverstone FP3: Hamilton back on top

Lewis Hamilton topped the timing sheets at the end of the final free practice session of the British Grand Prix weekend, with Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg next best and thus setting the stage for qualifying shootout between the two Silver Arrows duo. Hamilton's best lap of 1:32.917 came on his final run, with Pirelli white stripe mediums bolted on, and was half a second up on Rosberg, and three quarters better than Kimi Raikkonen in third. Rosberg continued to be plagued by niggles during the one hour session,this time an oil leak was the cause for concern.
