Force India's fight curtailed by FP2 no-show

Nico Hulkenberg says missing out on Friday afternoon practice cost him the chance to challenge in the top ten qualifying shootout which has made his task trickier in tomorrow's Hungarian Grand Prix. The Force India driver's team-mate Sergio Perez suffered rear suspension failure during the opening free practice at the Hungaroring, sending the Mexican into a dramatic roll which he walked away from unhurt. With the driver safety paramount Force India pulled out of running in the afternoon session to discover and analyse the full extent of the fault with its new B-spec VJM08.
