Furious Vettel blasts tyre supplier Pirelli

– Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel vented his fury at Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli after he suffered a failure during the penultimate lap of the Belgian Grand Prix.The majority of drivers heeded Pirelli's suggestion that a two-stop strategy was the optimum approach but Vettel stopped just once, on Lap 14, switching from Options to Primes.Vettel was under pressure from Lotus' Romain Grosjean for third place when his tyre failed at Kemmel on the penultimate lap, dropping him out of the points.Vettel said that a one stop approach was not overly optimistic and hit out at Pirelli, using Nico Rosberg's tyre failure during Friday practice as further ammunition."Well how many laps was...
