Sainz sure bad luck will end

Red Bull/Getty Images Carlos Sainz Jr. says he is sure his string of bad luck will come to an end, as he was forced into retirement for the fourth successive race in Belgium. Sainz was set to start from 10th position at Spa-Francorchamps but a loose connector in the engine led to a loss of power on the formation lap and he had to return to the pits. Sainz rejoined the action two laps down and ultimately returned to the pits in order to preserve the engine in his Toro Rosso. "It was a frustrating way to end what was being a good weekend," he said. "During the formation lap I felt I had no power, so I had to box.
