Wolff only eyeing young talent long-term

Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff admits that, while he is excited by the up-and-coming talent on the marque's roster, there is not plan to rush them into F1. Having finished 1-2 in last year's world championship, and looking likely to do so again in 2015, Wolff insists that he could not want for a better line-up than reigning champion Lewis Hamilton and team-mate Nico Rosberg, but he acknowledges that Mercedes would be well-served should anything happen in future.
