Ericsson admits curiosity over top speed of upgraded Ferrari engine

Marcus Ericsson has secured points for tenth place in the past two races in Hungary and Belgium, and the Sauber F1 Team driver is looking for more points this weekend at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. Ericsson admits his curiosity about the straight-line speed of his Sauber with its new upgraded Ferrari engine that was used for the first time at Spa-Francorchamps two weeks ago, but understands the importance of finding a good compromise in set-up at Monza to have a stable car. “The race weekend in Monza is always a very special event due to the popularity of Formula 1 and the Tifosi,” revealed Ericsson. “There is always a thrilling atmosphere, and the Italians are really passionate...
