– Lewis Hamilton comfortably led Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg during first practice for the Italian Grand Prix, while Ferrari pair Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen were separated by the Force Indias.More to follow.Friday's second practice session at Monza begins at 14:00 local time
