Renault to make announcement on F1 future next week
Renault Sport F1 managing director Cyril Abiteboul says an announcement on the French manufacturer's future in F1 will be made next week. Despite signing a letter of intent to take over the Lotus team, the deal has yet to be completed. When quizzed for an update during the FIA press conference on Friday, Abiteboul remained tight-lipped. 'Well I’m afraid I can’t answer to that question,' he said. 'I would like to be in a position to be able to answer to that questions, but I am not today.
