Leclerc proud of Sauber's efforts through the season
Charles Leclerc hails his Sauber engineers for their work on developing the car through the season. During 2016/17 the team scored just seven points. A total which has already been beaten by Leclerc in 2018 alone. It's not just performances on Sunday which have worked a treat. Since Azerbaijan, Leclerc hasn't missed out on Q2. This run of good qualifying included his first drive in the final qualifying session in France. The eye-catching performances have forced rumours of a move to Ferrari replacing Kimi Raikkonen. But the man from Monaco is keen to thank his current team. "The team is doing an incredible job as we can see," Leclerc said in an interview on motorsport week....
