McLaren decision making has been 'gridlocked'

McLaren boss Zak Brown claims that the decision-making process had become "gridlocked" with too much reliance on committees. There has been a major reshuffle with the management at McLaren and perhaps the biggest change was Eric Boullier, as he stepped down as sporting director last week. Brown said to Autosport that the changes aren't done there and he expects more to come. He's also said that there could be new hirings from outside the team and that there has not been enough freedom given to individuals to make the important decisions within the side.
