FRP will 'vigorously' defends itself against Uralkali legal action
FRP Advisory LLP, the joint-administraors in charge of the sale of the Force India Formula 1 Team, have said they will 'vigorously' defend any legal action brought against them. On Thursday, Uralkali, which submitted a rival bid during the sale process, confirmed it would bring High Court action against FRP over what it claims was 'prejudicial and unequal treatment', having claimed its offer was 'higher' than that of the eventual winning bid by Lawrence Stroll and a consortium of investors.
