Lowe: Loopholes very unlikely in 2019 rule change

Williams technical chief Paddy Lowe has revealed that F1 teams have made an effort to ensure there are no 'loopholes' in the 2019 rule alterations. Liberty Media are taking their first step in what could be a long process; to eventually increase the amount of overtaking, making the cars less aerodynamically sensitive when they follow each other. With previous rule changes, there has quite often been little loopholes that teams could exploit. Most famously, the double diffuser concept that helped Brawn GP win the championship in 2009 - to everyone's surprise.
