Hamilton nominated for Laureus Sportsman of the Year
Five times Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton is one of six nominees for the prestigious 2019 Laureus Sportsman of the Year award, seeking to emulate rival Sebastian Vettel who was given the accolade in 2014. Laureus announced on their site: 'The votes are in and the world’s sports media have selected the highest achieving men, women and teams over the past calendar year as the Nominees for the 2019 Laureus World Sports Awards, the world’s pre-eminent international sports awards.'
