Williams still a 'work in progress' - Claire Williams

Williams team principal Claire Williams believes that some of the major reasons for their poor performance in the 2018 Formula 1 season have been addressed, but insisted the team are still a "work in progress" as they attempt to produce a competitive car for 2019. Historically, Williams are one of the most successful teams in the history of F1, with only Ferrari having won more constructor's championships. However, recent success has been hard to come by with the last title win coming over two decades ago, while the team finished dead last in the rankings last year, with rookie drivers Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin unable to make their mark in a weak car.
