Williams miss start of testing
Williams will miss the start of pre-season starting when Test One begins at Barcelona on Monday. The team are still preparing their new 2019 car and have confirmed they will skip at least one of the eight allotted days of winter testing. Although Williams held a launch event at their Grove headquarters last week, the former world champions' reveal was limited to a new livery. More to follow...
