Alonso 'Triple Crown' bid to be aired on Sky Sports

Fernando Alonso's attempt to secure the 'Triple Crown' will be shown live on Sky Sports' Formula 1 channel, after the broadcaster secured rights to show the entire 2019 IndyCar season. IndyCar was previously aired by BT Sport in the UK, but will be shown on Sky Sports F1 this year. McLaren have secured an entry into the Indy 500 this year, where Alonso will hope to match Graham Hill's unique feat of winning at the Brickyard, as well as the Monaco Grand Prix and Le Mans 24 Hours. The remainder of the campaign will be shown on Sky, including qualifying and the race for all 17 events.
