Magnussen opens up on World Championship goals

Haas' Kevin Magnussen says if he is told he will never be World Champion, he will quit Formula 1 and focus on something else. 2019 will mark the Danish driver's fifth season in the sport, and his third with American outfit Haas. And while he accepts that the team will not be fighting the top three, he remains very much set on winning the Drivers' Championship eventually. 'If I knew that we'd only finish fourth and that I'd never win a World Championship, if you could see into the future and you told me ‘you won't win ever', then I'd go to do something else that I can be successful in,' he told GPFans.
