Hamilton: "Making sure we can race closer together on future tyres"

Pirelli's tyres are a stumbling block for several teams this year. At Silverstone several teams suffered from broken tyres and Lewis Hamilton was one of the drivers who had to cover part of Silverstone on three tyres. The Brit would like to see a change in 2021.  "We really need to put pressure on Pirelli in the future. Unfortunately they didn't do a great job with the tyres at the end of last year and the development for the 2020 tyres, so we had to continue with the 2019 tyre in this season", explains Hamilton to Motorsportweek.
