Ocon not punished for blocking Raikkonen: "Inevitable and not dangerous"

In the first part of the qualifying session, by the end of the session, there was quite a bit of chaos on the track. Everyone was trying to catch a good slipstream at the last minute and nobody wanted to be in the front. That led to some tricky moments. Among others with Esteban Ocon and Kimi Raikkonen. Ocon drove a little train at the front that started their fastest lap and the drivers behind him would all benefit from being at the front. Raikkonen was the first to get behind, but the Frenchman wouldn't let him past and they were all close to each other.
