Hamilton: Move ‘ideal' for Vettel, ‘great' for team

Lewis Hamilton thinks that Sebastian Vettel joining Aston Martin for 2021 is a move that benefits both parties. After months of rumours, it has finally been announced that the German will indeed replace Sergio Perez for 2021 as Racing Point rebrands to Aston Martin. Hamilton expected the move to happen once it was confirmed Vettel would leave Ferrari and thinks that it's a good direction for him to go in. “Honestly I thought that was the ideal direction that he was going to go.
