Perez: The rest is not in my hands

On the podium in Turkey, Sergio Perez reckons he's at the 'peak' of his performance but concedes his future is 'not' in his hands. As things stand at present, Perez will not line up on next year's Formula 1 grid after losing his Racing Point seat to Sebastian Vettel. And yet he is P4 in the championship. The 30-year-old secured a podium finish at the Turkish Grand Prix, P2 ahead of Vettel, to move up to fourth in the Drivers' Championship despite having sat two races when he tested positive for Covid-19. His result on Sunday also moved Racing Point up to third place in the Constructors' Championship, five points ahead of McLaren. Perez believes he's in his best form ever this season. 'I...
