Kvyat upset with stewards over penalty for Stroll clash

Daniil Kvyat says Lance Stroll “turned in like I wasn’t there” and disagreed with the penalty he was handed following their collision at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Kvyat and Stroll made contact through Turn 8 on the opening lap of the restarted race, resulting in the Racing Point driver’s car being flipped over. Stroll was uninjured in the accident though forced to retire while stewards deemed Kvyat culpable and handed him a 10-second time penalty and two points on his Super Licence.
