Button questions Norris’ long-term McLaren deal

Ex-McLaren driver Jenson Button is not sure that Lando Norris made the right choice in signing a new long-term deal with the team. Norris came through McLaren's driver academy to make his debut with the team in 2019, playing a key role in McLaren's recovery up the grid which followed. And with McLaren having battled Ferrari at the head of the midfield in 2021, it seemed that the Woking outfit were a prime seat for 2022 with the introduction of heavily revised regulations. Before the 2022 season began, Norris would put pen to paper on fresh, improved terms running until the end of 2025, but the campaign has not got off to a good start.
