Nasr picks up grid penalty for blocking Massa

Felipe Nasr has been handed a grid penalty by the FIA stewards after qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix. The Sauber driver was found to have blocked Felipe Massa during the first segment of qualifying at the Interlagos circuit. Massa was tackling the quick left-hander of Turn 11 when he came across Nasr's slow car. The Williams racer was forced to go off the track in avoidance. The stewards found that Nasr had impeded Massa during qualifying and handed the Brazilian a three-place grid penalty for Sunday's race. Nasr originally qualified 11th after making it through to the second qualifying session. He has also been given two penalty points on his license.
